Sustainable Yokohama headquarters Building
In addition to office space, Yokohama headquarters features a test space (commonly known as the "VacuLabo") with more than 3000 products permanently installed, a showroom, and product inspection and shipping space. The headquarters building, completed in August 2017, is counted as one of the environmentally friendly buildings in Yokohama. The structure and materials of buildings are well balanced in terms of environment and cost. In addition, they are equipped with solar panels and chargers for electric vehicles, making them the forerunner of sustainable buildings that will become common in Japan in the near future.
