JumboFlex Mobile Has Been Registered as an Eligible Product for the SME Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy

Schmalz’s transportable tube lifter JumboFlex Mobile has recently been listed in the catalog as an eligible product under the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy Program (Catalog Order Type).

Eligible small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers may be able to receive a subsidy covering up to half of the installation costs by utilizing this program. The maximum subsidy per company is 15 million yen in total, and this subsidy can be used not only for the installation of a single JumboFlex Mobile unit but also for further labor-saving investments involving the installation of multiple units.

Furthermore, the JumboFlex Mobile is a product registered under the Catalog Order Type of the SME Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy Program. Since customers can select the product from a government-certified product catalog, there is no need to calculate labor-saving effects on a case-by-case basis, allowing for a relatively straightforward subsidy application process.

This is an opportunity to utilize the subsidy to keep implementation costs down while achieving labor-saving improvements in the transport of heavy loads and reducing the burden on workers.

The Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy is a subsidy program designed to support the introduction of equipment aimed at addressing labor shortages and improving productivity.
It is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises seeking to improve operations and reduce the workload of employees through labor-saving measures.

There are two types of the SME Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy: the “Catalog Order Type” and the “General Type.”

The “Catalog Order Type,” under which JumboFlex Mobile is registered, involves selecting equipment from a catalog of certified products. Since there is no need to calculate labor-saving effects, the application process is relatively straightforward. On the other hand, while the General Type allows applicants to freely select equipment, they must provide their own explanation of the labor-saving effects and other details.

Applications for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy (Catalog Order Type) must be submitted jointly by the implementing business and the distributor.
