Reduces the risk of metal contamination
In the manufacturing process of lithium-ion batteries, especially prior to encapsulation, it is very important to prevent metal contamination. Schmalz has released a compact ejector designed to minimize the risk of metals such as copper, zinc, and nickel entering the product.
The SCPSb-BY / SCPSc-BY / SCPSi-BY compact ejectors for secondary battery manufacturing processes are lightweight, compact, and multifunctional. The SCPSb-BY / SCPSc-BY / SCPSi-BY ejectors are lightweight, compact, and multifunctional. Their excellent suction performance and energy-saving features enable tact time and cost reductions. Two types of ejectors are available: a single-nozzle type that is easy to maintain and can be used in environments where foreign matter may be sucked in, and a multi-stage (multi-stage nozzle) type that can achieve more efficient vacuum generation and reduce air consumption. In addition, a vacuum breaking function that speeds up workpiece release time and contributes to cycle time reduction is provided as standard equipment.
*Final product quality depends on the customer's manufacturing environment and process. This ejector is not a product that guarantees the prevention of metal contamination in products.
