Notice Concerning Change of President and New Excecutive Managements Structure

I would like to announce that I am changing my position from President to Chairman of Schmalz K.K.

Please allow me to thank you for your extraordinary friendship and support over the past 24 years since setting up our representative office in 2000 and establishing our Japanese cooperation in 2002. 

Masashi Ono is succeeding me as the new President and I would be most grateful if you could extend him the same support you have given to me in the past.
