Schmalz celebrates jubilees and a historic company anniversary

"A company is only as strong as the people who bring it to life," Dr. Schmalz emphasized in his speech. The anniversary dinner, which takes place twice a year, honors those who have shaped Schmalz over many years. For Dr. Schmalz, the evening was therefore not only a personal anniversary, but above all an opportunity to pay tribute to the commitment of the employees: "Our corporate culture is based on respect, enthusiasm and the courage to break new ground," Dr. Schmalz continued. "Today we are honoring all those who have contributed to the success of our company with passion and dedication. It is a great pleasure for me to share this special moment with you."

After a reception, the guests enjoyed a festive four-course meal at the Waldhorn in Glatten. In a festive setting, the juiblees received a personal tribute and a souvenir photo with their department.

Managing Director Andreas Beutel paid tribute to Dr. Schmalz's outstanding power: "Being an entrepreneur is not just a profession, but a vocation. Over the past 45 years, you have decisively shaped Schmalz with your vision and innovative strength."
