Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of the questions we frequently receive from our customers and the answers to them.
Q1) How can I register as a member?
A1) Click "Login" in the upper right corner of the site > "Create User Account" to go to the membership registration page. Please fill in the required information and submit the form. After registering, you will be able to use various functions.
Q2) I did not receive an activation email when I registered.
A2) Depending on the timing, it may take some time to receive the activation e-mail. If you do not receive it by the next day, please let us know using the Contact Us form.
Q3) I received the activation email when I registered, but there is no link.
A3) Activation e-mails are sent in HTML format. If your mailer is set to not receive HTML or to automatically convert to text mail, the link may be missing. Please check your settings. If there is no problem with your settings and the link still does not appear, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
Q4) Where can I find your product catalogs?
A4) Catalog request pages are available for each product category. Please click on each product area at the top of the page and go to "Support and Downloads" > "Catalogs and Brochures". Catalogs not listed on this page are also available.
Q5) Where can I find the instruction manual?
A5) The documents can be downloaded from the "Documents" section of each product page (currently only the English version is available). Please contact us if you need the Japanese version.
Q6) Where can I check CAD data?
A6) CAD data can be viewed and downloaded from "CAD Data" in each product page. Membership registration is required to download the data. Please refer to Q1 for how to register as a member.
Q7) I cannot login from the English page (schmalz.com).
A7) You cannot log in from a different language page. Please make sure that the page is displayed in Japanese before logging in.
