■ Details of the Issue
Phone: Difficulty connecting, poor audio quality
Fax: Problems sending and receiving faxes
■ Cause
Due to a malfunction in our telecommunications equipment, there was a period during which our telephone and fax services were unavailable.
■ Current Situation
We have confirmed that restoration work was completed at 5:40 p.m. on Friday, September 11, 2026, and that both telephone and fax services are now operating normally.
■ Request to Resend the Fax
For customers who sent a fax during the service outage, there is a possibility that your fax was not received properly.
