Applications for the 2025 Age Friendly Subsidy have been accepted since May 15, 2025.
This subsidy is a system to subsidize part of the cost of improving facilities and receiving guidance from experts in order to prevent workplace accidents among older workers.
The "Workplace Environment Improvement Course" covers the introduction of equipment and devices to compensate for the decline in physical functions of older workers and other measures to prevent industrial accidents, including the introduction of heavy lifting equipment.

| Condition (3) | At least one older worker (60 years of age or older) covered by the company's workers' compensation insurance, excluding directors, must be employed at all times. |
