Tube Lifter JumboFlex for the Handling of Exhaust Systems

Handling exhaust systems of different sizes and shapes is frequently a challenge for automotive manufacturers. Both exhaust systems with two outlets and single-pipe exhaust systems frequently need to be handled.

The tube lifter JumboFlex can adapt to different shapes thanks to its special area gripper with sealing foam. For single-pipe exhaust systems, the same gripper can be used for many models. Even twin-pipe systems can be handled quickly and easily. The suitable gripper can be easily created using components from the standard Schmalz range.
